Based on Chicago's "Cows on Parade", Calgary's "Udderly Art," and most recently Victoria's "Orcas In The City," Vancouver has started "Spirit Bears in the City."
I think this Dark Bear of the Sith is one of the better ones. There is very good detail on the chest piece and the expression on his face is priceless.
